# CIVCNCT Poland

> Your direct line to public services. Independent AI assistant by Innovius UG. Not a public authority. Answers without guarantee; the linked official sources are authoritative.

CIVCNCT helps people in Poland with public administration: it finds the right public service, the responsible authority, forms, deadlines, fees, documents to bring, laws and official warnings, and always links the official source. Actions that involve personal data (prefilled forms, letters, submissions) are prepared and confirmed on the user's own device; nothing is sent without an explicit confirmation.

Privacy: in the web app, ShinrAI (https://getshinrai.com) replaces names, addresses and ID numbers with pseudonyms before the AI model sees the text; town, postal code and dates stay readable. In your own AI client the AI vendor sees the conversation; the tools for AI clients ask for no personal data (postal code or town at most). The service stores no conversations. Agent access (MCP, llms.txt, OpenAPI) follows AICNCT (https://aicnct.com) conventions.

3 more tools take personal data (addresses, coordinates, identifiers). They run only in the [web app](https://pl.civcnct.com/), where ShinrAI replaces names, addresses and ID numbers with pseudonyms before the AI model sees the text.

### any_find_form
Find official fillable PDF forms for the user's country (applications, registrations, notices, templates such as Kindergeld, Elterngeld, Anmeldung, Wohnungsgeberbestätigung, Wohngeld, BAföG, Gewerbeanmeldung, Vorsorgevollmacht, Meldezettel, cerfa). Use it when the user needs a paper form or asks where to get one. Returns matching forms with the responsible authority, official source, online alternative and a link that opens the form in the app. The form opens without profile values; the user's own device fills them in from the local profile only after the user selects 'Fill from my profile'. Regional forms (e.g. Berlin) are marked, and flagged when the user's location hints point to another place.

### any_prepare_form
Hand off one official form (id from any_find_form) to the user's device: the app opens the official PDF without profile values; after the user selects 'Fill from my profile' the device fills it from the profile stored only there, and the user reviews, signs and submits it. Use it after the user picked a form. Returns the hand-off link, which fields the profile can fill, the fields the user fills by hand and how to submit. Nothing is sent to an authority.

### any_public_holidays

An initiative with 1 million signatures from at least 7 EU countries must be answered by the European Commission. The user signs only on the official page; never sign for them.

Use it when the user wants official datasets (air quality, transport, schools, budgets). It returns search links, not datasets; for Poland prefer pl_search_open_data, which lists datasets.
